Hey this is a short diary and if i missed someone elses, but did anyone
notice DC just decriminalized Marijuana?
apparently the council voted 10-1 to take away jail penalties make marijuana
a misdemeanor.
Some elements that still make it a bigger fine to smoke in public or have more then 1 Oz,
but it's a pretty big step.
The mayor indicates he will sign and the congress doesn't appear likely to override.
